Car-less Commutes

Carless Commutes

Shoreline residents can ditch their cars during the day to be chauffeured around town by three of the region’s transit agencies (King County Metro, Community Transit, and Sound Transit). Transit access is a top priority in Shoreline, with eight park-and-ride lots, 18 bus routes, Metro’s RapidRide E-line from Aurora Village transit center to Downtown Seattle, Snohomish County’s Swift line, and two future Light Rail stations coming in 2023. Maybe you prefer a two-wheeled commute? We got you covered with just over three miles of the Interurban Trail that takes you south to Seattle or north to Everett, along with two new connections east to the Burke Gilman Trail system.
